A gentle prebiotic soluble fibre made from one ingredient: partially hydrolysed guar gum from the guar bean.
Stir it into water, a smoothie, cereal or yoghurt. It is taste free and odour free, dissolves easily and stays thin rather than setting into a gel, so it also works in cooking and baking.
Each 6 g serve gives about 5 g of dietary fibre, and the 150 g jar holds 25 serves, a good size to start with. Soluble fibre supporting regularity.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep the lid tightly closed after use.
As with other food products that contain fibre, this product may cause abdominal discomfort in susceptible individuals. If the cap seal is damaged or missing, do not use. Contains a silica gel sachet, do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
Uses
6 g (4 rounded teaspoons). Start with 5 g (3 teaspoons) a day and build up gradually to 6 g. Mix into water, smoothies, cereal or yoghurt. Drinking an extra glass of water afterwards is advised.
