- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded

Uses
- 1 scoop (10 g) daily in 250 mL water or juice
- Children 4 – 14 years: ½ scoop (5 g)
