Uses
Spray the toner onto a cotton pad, reusable makeup pad or finger tips and gently dap or press onto the face, neck and decolletage.
If you do spray directly onto the face, note that a considerable amount of product will be dispensed.
Refrigerate for an enhanced refreshing effect.
