Each serving provides a total of 1.73 g of Vitamin C, including 309.4 mg of calcium ascorbate dihydrate (equivalent to 255.6 mg of ascorbic acid and 29.08 mg of calcium), 1.08 g of ascorbic acid, 144.38 mg of magnesium ascorbate monohydrate (providing 129.5 mg of ascorbic acid and 8.96 mg of magnesium), 187.3 mg of sodium ascorbate (equivalent to 165.6 mg of ascorbic acid and 21.73 mg of sodium), and 135.03 mg of potassium ascorbate dihydrate (providing 94.5 mg of ascorbic acid). It also contains 16.8 mg of Phyllanthus emblica (Amlalaki) extract, equivalent to 84 mg of dry fruit, 41.23 mg of d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate (equivalent to 56 IU of Vitamin E), 42 mg of rutin (rutoside), 70 mg of citrus bioflavonoid extract (hesperidin), 1.26 mg of beta-carotene (Vitamin A), 70 mg of magnesium phosphate (providing 14.46 mg of magnesium and 12.29 mg of phosphorus), 70 mg of calcium phosphate (yielding 27.13 mg of calcium and 12.95 mg of phosphorus), 10.89 mg of zinc citrate dihydrate (providing 3.5 mg of zinc), and 525 mg of glycine.
