Ingredients
Each tablet contains a blend of herbal ingredients traditionally used to support restful sleep. It includes 450 mg of Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus extract dry concentrate), 375 mg of Valeriana officinalis (valerian extract dry concentrate), which is equivalent to 1.5 g of dry root and standardized to contain 1.13 mg of valerenic acid, and 2 mg of Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower essential oil).
